Stock Unit Amount

Stock Unit Amount. Means with respect to each Plan Year, the dollar amount equal to 50% of the Annual Retainer for such Plan Year which will be automatically and mandatorily credited to the Non-Employee Director's Stock Unit Account in the form of Stock Units determined in the manner set forth in Section 6(b).
