Stock Warrant Agreement

Stock Warrant Agreement. Shall mean that certain Stock Warrant Agreement of even date herewith entered into by the Parties pursuant to which SUMMUS is granted certain warrants to acquire shares of ADLABS upon completion by SUMMUS of its performance of each Phase under the Master Agreement.
