Example Definitions of "Stock"
Stock. The common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company, or any security into which shares of Stock may be changed or for which shares of Stock may be exchanged
Stock. The authorized $0.01 par value common stock of the Company, which shares may be unissued shares or reacquired shares or shares bought on the market for purposes of the Plan
Stock. (a) the Company's Common Stock, at [$0.35] per share, and (b) any other securities into which or for which any of the securities described in clause (a) above have been converted or exchanged pursuant to the Certificate of Determination of Preferences applicable to such securities, or any plan of recapitalization, reorganization, merger or consolidation, or otherwise.
