Stockholder Agreements

Stockholder Agreements. Means (i) the Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement, dated August 25, 2017, by and among the Company and the other stockholders party thereto, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time; and (ii) the Voting Agreement, August 25, 2017, by and among the Company and the other stockholders party thereto, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented or replaced from time to time.
