Stockholder Group
Stockholder Group. Means, with respect to any Stockholder, such Stockholder's and its Subsidiaries' employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, partners, shareholders, members and Affiliates, as applicable, and any person which such Stockholder designates to serve on the Board pursuant to any rights such Stockholder may have from time to time to designate a member of Board pursuant to Section 1(a) hereof or otherwise.
Stockholder Group. Means, with respect to any Stockholder, such Stockholder's and its Subsidiaries' employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, partners, shareholders, members and Affiliates, as applicable.
