Stockholder Joinder

Stockholder Joinder. Means a joinder agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, executed by a Person, other than a current Stockholder, who has 5 acquired Shares from a current Stockholder, with the effect that the holder thereafter shall be deemed to be a Stockholder for all purposes of this Agreement.
