Stockholder

Stockholder. Shall have the meaning set forth in the opening paragraph.

Stockholder. Is defined in the Introduction above

Stockholder. Has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph and its permitted transferees having rights under the Agreement pursuant to Section 13(a) hereto.

Stockholder. Each Person who held Common Stock of the Company prior to the Initial Public Offering together with any Permitted Transferees thereof, so long as such Person or Permitted Transferee thereof holds such Common Stock.

Stockholder. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Stockholders Agreement

Stockholder. The New Investors, the Founders, the Prior Investors and any persons or entities who own Shares and to whom any rights and/or obligations hereunder are transferred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided, however, that, solely for purposes of Section 2 hereof (but subject to Section 2.8), Stockholders only includes such persons or entities to whom rights granted under Section 2 hereof are transferred pursuant to Section 2.11 hereof

Stockholder. Means any Person, other than the Company, who is a party to the Stockholders Agreement dated as of March 31, 2004.
