Stockholders Agreements. Collectively, that certain Stockholders' Agreement by and among the Corporation, LM III, and various other shareholders of the Corporation dated August 10, 2012 (the "Stockholders' Agreement") and that certain Affiliated Stockholders' Agreement by and among the Corporation, LM III, and certain other shareholders of the Corporation dated August 10, 2012 (the "Affiliated Stockholders' Agreement")

Stockholders Agreements. Means, collectively, that certain Investor Rights Agreement, that certain Voting Agreement and that certain Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement, each dated as of September 8, 2015 and as amended, restated, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time, by and among the Company, the stockholders party thereto and the warrantholders party thereto.
