Stockholder’s Equity. As of the last day of any fiscal quarter commencing with the quarter ended December 31, 2010, consolidated stockholders' equity of the Parent Guarantor and its Consolidated Subsidiaries as of that date determined in accordance with GAAP

Stockholder’s Equity. The aggregate gross proceeds from the sales of the Operating Partnership's common and preferred equity capital, as calculated under the Partnership Agreement

Stockholder’s Equity. Means, without duplication, the sum of (i) the aggregate gross proceeds from the sales of the Operating Partnership's common and preferred equity capital, (ii) the aggregate gross proceeds from the sales of trust preferred securities issued by the Company, and (iii) the aggregate gross proceeds from the sales of any securities issued by the Company that do not constitute indebtedness on the Parent's financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Stockholder’s Equity. Total Waste Management, Inc. stockholders' equity as reported in publicly filed financial statements during the Performance Period.

Stockholder’s Equity. With respect to any Person, that which is reflected as stockholders' equity on such Person's most recent unaudited quarterly statements or audited annual balance sheet, as applicable, in each case prepared in accordance with GAAP.

Stockholder’s Equity. Shall mean, on any date of determination, the most recent figure published in AG MIT's financials, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
