Stockholders' Meeting

Stockholders' Meeting. Any regular or special meeting of the stockholders of the Company.

Stockholders' Meeting. Means a special meeting of Pentech's stockholders (including any postponement or adjournment thereof) to be held, pursuant to Notice, to consider and vote upon adoption of this Agreement and approval of the Merger.

Stockholders' Meeting. Means a special meeting of Toymax's stockholders (including any postponement or adjournment thereof) to be held, pursuant to Notice, to consider and vote upon adoption of the Stock Purchase Agreement and this Agreement and approval of the Merger and the transactions contemplated by the Stock Purchase Agreement.

Stockholders' Meeting. A meeting of its stockholders, for the purpose of voting upon the adoption of this Agreement (the "Stockholders' Meeting"),

Stockholders' Meeting. The meaning set forth in Subsection 8.15(b)

Stockholders' Meeting. A meeting of stockholders of the Company convened for the purposes of approving the Proposed Amendments, and any adjournment or postponement thereof.

Stockholders' Meeting. Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Merger Agreement.

Stockholders' Meeting. A meeting of stockholders of the Company convened for the purposes of approving the conversion of the Series C Shares into shares of Common stock, and any adjournment or postponement thereof.
