Storage Tank System

Storage Tank System. Shall mean any storage tank and its connected piping and affiliated operational and detection equipment that may be located above, on or below the ground surface, in whole or in part, including without limitation any "underground storage tank," "above ground storage tank," "UST," "AST," or "UST System" as those terms are defined or used in any Environmental Law or other Legal Requirement.
