Strategic Investment
Strategic Investment. Means an investment in Series A Preferred Stock by a Person or Persons satisfactory to the Board of up to $5,000,000 in the aggregate, at prices per share at the higher of fair market value or $2.019, after the date hereof and on or before March 31, 1998.
