Stretch Target Stock Price. $10.00, accumulated at an effective annual rate of 32% from May 29, 2007 to the Measurement Date, provided that the Committee shall make such adjustment to the Stretch Target Stock Price as it reasonably determines is equitable and appropriate to reflect changes to the outstanding Shares or capital structure of the Company, including contributions and distributions of capital.
