Example Definitions of "Strike Price"
Strike Price. Means, except as otherwise provided by the Committee in the case of Substitute Awards, (i) in the case of a SAR granted in tandem with an Option, the Exercise Price of the related Option, or (ii) in the case of a SAR granted independent of an Option, the Fair Market Value on the Date of Grant.
Strike Price. Means, except as otherwise provided by the Committee in the case of Substitute Awards, (i) in the case of a SAR granted in tandem with an Option, the Exercise Price of the related Option, or (ii) in the case of a SAR granted independent of an Option, an amount not less than the Fair Market Value on the Date of Grant.

Strike Price. The price with reference to which the value of an SAR is measured.
Strike Price. The price per share of the Common Stock, determined pursuant to Paragraph 3.7, from which the appreciation (if any) with respect to an SAR shall be calculated.
