Study Costs

Study Costs. Shall mean the direct external costs of a Party in the initiation and conduct of the Study, including, without limitation, investigator meeting costs, study conduct and monitoring, central laboratory services, patient recruitment and the use of external consultants for Study-related activities.

Study Costs. The Third Party costs associated with the Study, a summary of which is attached hereto as Appendix C. The Parties may amend such Study Costs as set forth in Appendix C from time to time by mutual written agreement.
