Study Plan

Study Plan. For each Study, the plan substantially in the form of Appendix A, including all Exhibits thereto, that is completed and entered into by the Parties for such Study as further described in Section 2.1.

Study Plan. With respect to a particular Study for a particular cancer and patient population, the plan, including the Protocol, as it may be amended from time to time pursuant to this Agreement for the clinical evaluation of the Product in such Study. The global initial Study Plan for the first Study is attached hereto, as Annex A (the "Global Initial Study").

Study Plan. With respect to a particular Study for a particular cancer and patient population, the plan, as it may be amended from time to time upon mutual written agreement of the Parties, for the clinical evaluation of the Combination in such Study for which Regeneron Product is used. The initial Study Plan for the first Study is attached hereto, as Appendix B.
