Sub-brands. Means any brands, product names or other nomenclature, other than generic terms, e.g., "detox kit," used with products sold by Licensee, or by any Licensee Affiliate or licensee, at any time to the extent being used or having been used with the Licensed Marks (as defined in Section 2(d)), regardless of whether such use in connection with the Licensed Marks has ceased (i.e., Sub-brand is a perpetual designation, regardless of the manner of subsequent use with respect to the Licensed Marks).
