Sub-Territory

Sub-Territory. Any one of the following jurisdictions: Canada, United States of America, European Union and each individual country in the Rest of the World ("ROW"); collectively, the "Sub-Territories". For clarity, a country in the ROW is considered a Sub-Territory once POINT has applied for a Regulatory Approval therein.
