Subdistributor

Subdistributor. Shall mean any entity designated by OraPharma to advertise, promote, market, distribute and sell the Product within a certain geographic area of the Territory where OraPharma reasonably believes that circumstances require the appointment of a Sub-distributor.

Subdistributor. Means those third parties that act as subdistributors of the Products through Siemens pursuant to the provisions of subsection 2.4.

Subdistributor. Means any third party appointed to act for Distributor in promoting, marketing, selling and distributing the Products in the Territory for the Permitted Use as permitted under Section 2.2 hereof.

Subdistributor. Shall mean an entity which is appointed by ZOLL for the purposes of selling, marketing, distributing and performing related functions relating to any Product in all or any part of the Territory.

Subdistributor. Means a Third Party which is granted by Accentia the right to distribute, manufacture and/or sell Revimmune in any territory in the world for any or any uses in the Clinical Field. Subdistributor. Means any person or entity other than "UIP" which distributes the Pictures hereunder within the Territory, and which is not owned or controlled, in whole or in part, by UIP.

Subdistributor. A third party that purchases Products or Subscription Services from Distributor for further resale only and does not use the Products or Subscription Services for its own internal business purposes
