Subject 2025 Notes. With respect to each Holder party to this Agreement, (i) the 2025 Notes Beneficially Owned by such Holder as of the date of this Agreement and listed in Schedule A hereto and (ii) any additional 2025 Notes which such Holder acquires Beneficial Ownership of prior to the End Date
