Subject Agreements

Subject Agreements. Means, collectively, the Confidentiality and Non-Competition Agreement, the Information Systems Service Agreement, the Manufacturing Agreement, the Patent License Agreement, the Right of First Refusal Agreement, the Spare Parts Sales and Service Agreement, the Tax Indemnification Agreement, the Tax Sharing Agreement, the Temporary Support Services Agreement and the Third Parties Agreement.

Subject Agreements. Means the agreement entered into by Merisant Company set forth on Schedule B.
