Subject Contango Shares

Subject Contango Shares. Shall mean, without duplication, (i) all shares of Contango Common Stock of which such Shareholder is the record or beneficial owner as of the date hereof as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto, (ii) all shares of Contango Common Stock issuable upon conversion, exercise or exchange of options, warrants and/or other Rights to acquire shares of Contango Common Stock of which such Shareholder is the record or beneficial owner as of the date hereof and (iii) all additional shares of Contango...
