Example Definitions of "Subject Documents"
Subject Documents. Shall mean any and all documents, instruments and agreements previously, concurrently or hereafter executed by Obligor in favor of Bank, or between Obligor and Bank, which incorporate by reference an alternative dispute resolution agreement, any and all related documents, instruments and agreements, and any and all extensions, renewals, amendments and replacements of any of the foregoing; and "Subject Documents" shall mean any one of such Subject Documents.
