Example Definitions of "Subject Notes"
Subject Notes. Means, with respect to each Holder party to this Agreement, (i) the Old Notes Beneficially Owned by such Holder as of the date of this Agreement and listed in Schedule A hereto and (ii) any additional Old Notes which such Holder acquires Beneficial Ownership of prior to the End Date.
