Subject Shares

Subject Shares. Shall mean any shares of Company Capital Stock owned, or hereafter acquired, by the Stockholder, or for which the Stockholder otherwise becomes the record or beneficial owner (within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 of the Exchange Act), prior to the termination of this Agreement.

Subject Shares. Subject Shares. The shares of Common Stock acquired by Executive pursuant to Section 2, plus any shares of Common Stock, other capital stock or any other security or securities issued with respect thereto or in exchange therefore, in connection with any stock dividend, stock split, reverse split, recapitalization or similar corporate event involving the Common Stock

Subject Shares. Means, as to any Shareholder, that number of Owned Shares set forth on Schedule B hereto opposite such Shareholder's name.

Subject Shares. Means (i) all shares of FIND Capital Stock Beneficially Owned by the FIND Principal Stockholder as of the date of this Agreement, and (ii) all additional shares of FIND Capital Stock of which the FIND Principal Stockholder acquires Beneficial Ownership during the period from the date of this Agreement through the Expiration Date.

Subject Shares. Means those Shares in excess of 19.9% of the voting power of Fusion.
