Subject Technology. Shall mean all inventions, compounds, know-how, methods, and, materials necessary to make or use Commercial Materials which were developed as of the Effective Date and which include but are not limited to all inventions which are covered by any claim of any of the patents identified on Exhibit A (collectively, the "Licensed Patents")
