Sublease Expiration Date

Sublease Expiration Date. The date that is the last day of the month, two (2) years after the later of the following: (i) the Sublease Commencement Date, if the Sublease Commencement Date occurs on the first day of a calendar month; or (ii) the first day of the first full calendar month following the Sublease Commencement Date, if the Sublease Commencement Date does not occur on the first day of a calendar month, as such date may be extended or sooner terminated in accordance with this Sublease.
