Subleased Premises
Subleased Premises. The following portions of the Hangar: (a) the office area, consisting of approximately 1,000 square feet, as shown on the floor plan attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and made a part hereof (the "Office Area"); and (b) the hangar and shop areas, consisting of approximately 13,750 square feet, as shown on Exhibit "C" (collectively the "Hangar Area").

Subleased Premises.
