Sublet. Any transfer, sublet, assignment, license or concession agreement, or hypothecation of this Lease or the Tenant's interest in the Lease or in and to all or a portion of the Premises. As used herein, a Sublet includes the following: (i) if Tenant is a partnership or a limited liability company, a transfer, voluntary or involuntary, of all or any part of any interest in such partnership or limited liability company, or the dissolution of the partnership or limited liability company, whether... voluntary or involuntary; (ii) if Tenant is a corporation, any dissolution of Tenant, or the transfer, either by a single transaction or in a series of transactions, of a controlling percentage of the stock of Tenant, unless any such corporate change results from the trading of shares listed on a recognized public stock exchange and such trading is not for the purposes of acquiring effective control of Tenant; (iii) if Tenant is a trust, the transfer, voluntarily or involuntarily, of all or any part of the controlling interest in such trust; and (iv) if Tenant is any other form of entity, a transfer, voluntary or involuntary, of all or any part of any interest in such entity.
