Subordinate Loan Documents. The Subordinate Note and any other document, agreement or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by or on behalf of Guarantor in connection with the indebtedness evidenced by the Subordinate Note, as any of the same may be from time to time amended, extended, supplemented, consolidated, renewed, restated or otherwise modified as permitted herein.
