Subordinated Creditor

Subordinated Creditor. Shall mean Bruner Trust, each "Subordinated Creditor" which is signatory to this Agreement from time to time and any other holders of a Subordinated Note or any other Subordinated Indebtedness from time to time.

Subordinated Creditor. Shall mean the "Subordinated Creditor" that is a signatory to this Agreement and any other holder of the Subordinated Note or any other Subordinated Indebtedness from time to time as permitted hereunder.

Subordinated Creditor. The Subordinated Creditor defined in the Preamble to this Agreement, and its successors and assigns.

Subordinated Creditor. The Purchaser, CRP IV and any holder of the Subordinate Liabilities.

Subordinated Creditor. Shall mean Holdings or any Permitted Assignee.

Subordinated Creditor. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement, and shall include each of its successors and assigns.

Subordinated Creditor. Means Victory Park Management, LLC, in its capacity as collateral agent for the Subordinated Creditors, together with any replacement or successor collateral agent; each Buyer; and every other Person now or in the future who agrees to subordinate indebtedness of any Borrower held by that Person to the payment of the Indebtedness.

Subordinated Creditor. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the preamble hereof, but shall be limited solely to such Person acting in their capacities as creditors under the Subordinated Debt Documents. References to "holders of Subordinated Debt" or similar phrases shall be similarly limited.

Subordinated Creditor. Shall mean, as of any date of determination, Subordinated Creditor and any other holders of Subordinated Debt as of such date.

Subordinated Creditor. Fantasy National Golf Club LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company.
