For any Subordinated Debenture Holder, as of Effective Date, a fraction determined by dividing (a) the outstanding principal amount and accrued and unpaid interest on the Subordinated Debentures held by such Subordinated Debenture Holder by (b) the aggregate outstanding principal amount and accrued and unpaid interest held by all of the Subordinated Debenture Holders.
