Subordinated Debt Default Notice
Subordinated Debt Default Notice. Shall mean a written notice from Subordinated Lender to Agent pursuant to which Agent is notified of the occurrence of a Subordinated Debt Default, which notice incorporates a reasonably detailed description of such Subordinated Debt Default.
Subordinated Debt Default Notice. A written notice from Subordinated Creditor or the Borrower to Administrative Agent pursuant to which Administrative Agent is notified of the occurrence of a Subordinated Debt Default, which notice incorporates a reasonably detailed description of such Subordinated Debt Default.
