Subordinated Documents

Subordinated Documents. Collectively, the Subordinated Note, the ---------------------- Subordinated Guaranty, any promissory notes executed in connection therewith and any and all guaranties and security interests, mortgages and other liens directly or indirectly guarantying or securing any of the Subordinated Debt, and any and all other documents or instruments evidencing or further guarantying or securing directly or indirectly any of the Subordinated Debt, whether now existing or hereafter created.

Subordinated Documents. The Subordinated Note and any and all other documents, agreements, writings or instruments executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto evidencing the amounts payable thereunder (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, the SNI Acquisition Agreement), in each case, as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, modified, restated or Refinanced in accordance with the terms hereof

Subordinated Documents. Collectively, the Subordinated Agreement, any promissory notes executed in connection therewith, any other Transaction Documents (other than the Warrants, Warrant Agreements and the Registration Rights Agreement) (each as defined in the Amended Securities Purchase Agreement as in effect on the date hereof) and any and all guaranties and security interests, mortgages and other liens directly or indirectly guarantying or securing any of the Subordinated Debt, and any and all other documents or... instruments evidencing or further guarantying or securing directly or indirectly any of the Subordinated Debt, whether now existing or hereafter created. Subordinated Documents. The collective reference to the Subordinated Note and any other documents or instruments that from time to time evidence or govern the Subordinated Obligations or secure or support payment or performance thereof including, without limitation, the Subordinated Note.

Subordinated Documents. Means the Junior Notes Indenture, the Junior Notes, the Subordinated Security Documents and any other agreements, instruments, and certificates executed and delivered in connection with the Junior Notes Indenture, the Junior Notes and the Subordinated Security Documents.

Subordinated Documents. Shall mean the Tensar Holdings Commodities Purchase Agreement and all other documents, agreements and instruments now existing or hereinafter entered into evidencing or pertaining to all or any portion of the Subordinated Obligations to the extent permitted hereunder.

Subordinated Documents. Collectively, the Subordinated Agreements, any promissory notes or other instruments and documents executed in connection therewith and any and all guaranties and security interest, mortgages and other liens directly or indirectly guarantying or securing any indebtedness of the Borrower to the Subordinating Creditors under any of the foregoing, whether now existing or hereafter created.

Subordinated Documents. Means, collectively, the Atlantic Existing Credit Facility, the Atlantic Term Loan Agreement, the Atlantic Fund Guaranty and any and all other documents, notes or instruments evidencing or further guaranteeing or supporting directly or indirectly any of the Subordinated Debt, whether now existing or hereafter created, and all documents, instruments and agreement executed or delivered in connection with any of the foregoing.
