Subordinated Guaranty

Subordinated Guaranty. Shall mean that certain Subordinated Guaranty, dated as of even date herewith, made by Guarantors for the benefit of the Subordinated Creditor, as the same may be amended, modified, restated and supplemented from time to time.

Subordinated Guaranty. The Subordinated Guaranty, dated the date --------------------- hereof, made by each Subsidiary of the Borrower in favor of the Subordinating Creditor.

Subordinated Guaranty. The Amended and Restated Guaranty, dated as of --------------------- February __, 2001, made by each Subsidiary of the Borrower in favor of the Subordinating Creditor.

Subordinated Guaranty. Means that certain Subsidiary Guaranty, dated as of April 20, 2001, executed by Borrowers (other than Parent) and Canadian Obligors in favor of Subordinated Lender.

Subordinated Guaranty. Means any guaranty of the Junior Debt made by a guarantor who is also a guarantor of the Senior Debt.

Subordinated Guaranty. Has the meaning given to such term in the Recitals hereto.

Subordinated Guaranty. That certain Guaranty Agreement dated as of July 30, 2015, by and between LegacyTexas Bank and Parent, subordinated pursuant to the Plano Subordination Agreement, as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and the Plano Subordination Agreement.
