SUBORDINATED LOAN INSTRUMENTS

SUBORDINATED LOAN INSTRUMENTS. Shall mean the Subordinated Notes, the Subordinated Loan Agreement, any guaranty with respect to the Subordinated Indebtedness and all other agreements, documents and instruments evidencing or pertaining to any portion of the Subordinated Indebtedness.
