Subordinated Notes. The promissory notes (including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Gupta Note)of any Credit Party outstanding from time to time under the Subordinated Purchase Agreement with respect to the Subordinated Obligations.
Subordinated Notes. Solely the Subordinated Note, dated August 3, 1995, issued by Borrower payable to the order of Shareholder in the original principal amount of $5,140,000 subject to adjustment as provided therein, as the same now exists or may be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

Subordinated Notes. The 16% Senior Subordinated Promissory Notes, due August 29, 2005, made by the Company in favor of the Purchasers pursuant to the Subordinated Agreement, and any Senior Subordinated Promissory Notes issued as payment in kind pursuant to Section 2(b) of such Notes.
Subordinated Notes. Collectively, the Senior Subordinated Secured Convertible Promissory Notes due January 31, 2009 issued by ARC to Wynnchurch in the original face principal amount of $10,000,000, together with all additional notes from time to time issued to Wynnchurch or any other Subordinated Creditor as payment for, or in replacement of, such Notes.
Subordinated Notes. Shall mean each of those certain 6% Secured Promissory Notes dated as of October 12, 2007 issued by the Borrower to the Subordinated Creditors, in each case as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date hereof.
