Subordinated Obligations Default Notice

Subordinated Obligations Default Notice. Shall mean a written notice from the Subordinated Creditor or the Credit Party to the Senior Creditor pursuant to which the Senior Creditor is notified of the occurrence of a Subordinated Obligations Default, which notice incorporates a reasonably detailed description of the Subordinated Obligations Default and which notice expressly states that it is a "Subordinated Obligations Default Notice" hereunder.
