Subordinated Transaction Documents. The Subordinated Purchase Agreement, the Subordinated Notes, the Subordinated Security Documents, the Collateral Agency Agreement, all "Transaction Documents" as defined in the Subordinated Purchase Agreement and all other documents that from time to time evidence the Subordinated Obligations or secure payment or performance thereof.
