Subrent
Subrent. Any consideration of any kind received, or to be received, by Tenant from a subtenant if such sums are related to Tenant's interest in this Lease or in the Premises, including, but not limited to, bonus money and payments (in excess of fair market value) for Tenant's assets including its trade fixtures, equipment and other personal property, goodwill, general intangibles, and any capital stock or other equity ownership of Tenant.
