Subrogation

Example Definitions of "Subrogation"
Subrogation. The Guarantor hereby agrees that until the payment and satisfaction in full of all Guaranteed Obligations and the expiration and termination of the Commitments of the Lenders under the Credit Agreement it shall not exercise any right or remedy arising by reason of any performance by it of its guarantee in Section 2.01, whether by subrogation or otherwise, against Holdings or any other guarantor of any of the Guaranteed Obligations or any security for any of the Guaranteed Obligations.
Subrogation. Upon payment of the Guaranteed Obligations to FLIC in full, the Guarantor shall be subrogated to the rights of FLIC against the Original Obligors with respect to the Guaranteed Obligations, and FLIC agrees to take at the Guarantor's expense such steps as the Guarantor may reasonably request to implement such subrogation.
