Subscriber

Subscriber. Shall mean current and future distributors and customers in Client's organization who subscribe to the Unity Platform.

Subscriber. Means any Person who has subscribed for the PASS Service, any Approved Additional Services or any Other Telematics Services, in each case, in an Enabled Vehicle, whether or not such Person is the original owner or lessee of such Enabled Vehicle.

Subscriber. Means a subscriber to the mobile services offering made available through the Clearwire Network.

Subscriber. Shall mean an individual or entity that orders any offered Service by means of Circuit City under this Agreement.

Subscriber. Means any person or entity enrolled by Company and whose Authorized Newco Services are activated, provided that each Authorized Newco Services number assigned to a Newco customer is deemed to be a separate Subscriber, regardless of how many Authorized Newco Services Equipment numbers may be assigned to or used by any one customer. The Parties agree that all devices sold by Company will need to be identified or counted for purposes of payment of compensation.

Subscriber. Means individual human end users of the Customer Network accessing the Customer Network or Google products or services (as provided under this Agreement) via a Device by non-automated means, but excluding any users that have only an indirect relationship with Customer where Customer is acting as a wholesaler, reseller, agency, MVNO enabler, or other intermediary with a third party network provider.

Subscriber. Shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled "Background."

Subscriber. Means the person(s) or entity(ies) executing this Agreement, other than the Company.

Subscriber. Means any Person who receives broadcast programming distributed by a Cable System and does not further distribute it. Subscriber as defined herein shall be the definition set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 76.5(ee).

Subscriber. Means any Wholesale Subscriber or any Retail Subscriber.
