Subscription Accounting. An accounting of all subscriptions for Units received and accepted by Sellers as of the date of such accounting, indicating for each subscription the Investor's name, social security number or other U.S. federal tax identification number, and address, the number and total purchase price of subscribed Units, any withdrawal of such subscription by the Investor, any rejection of such subscription by Sellers, or other termination, for whatever reason, of such subscription
Subscription Accounting.
