Subscription Amount

Subscription Amount. As to each Subscriber, the aggregate amount to be paid for Shares purchased hereunder as specified below such Subscriber's name on the signature page of this Purchase Agreement and next to the heading "Subscription Amount," in United States dollars and in immediately available funds

Subscription Amount. Means, as to each Holder, the aggregate amount to be paid for Shares set forth on the signature page to the Subscription Agreement above the heading Total Purchase Price, in U.S. Dollars and in immediately available funds

Subscription Amount. Means, as to each Purchaser, the aggregate amount to be paid for Common Stock and Warrants purchased pursuant to the Subscription Agreement, in United States dollars and in immediately available funds.
