Subscription Fee

Subscription Fee. The dollar value assigned to the individual Subscriber's use of the Service for a period of twelve (12) months. The Subscription Fee is used as the basis for calculating the Monthly License Fee. The Subscription Fee is equal to one-hundred and eighty dollars ($180) per year ($15 per month x 12 months). Subscription Fee. Means the fees (other than Ancillary Fees and Excess Use Charges) charged by HTI to a Subscriber for the PASS Service, Approved Additional Services and Other Telematics Services, but does not include fees charged for Fleet Services.
