Example Definitions of "Subscription Fee"
Subscription Fee. The dollar value assigned to the individual Subscriber's use of the Service for a period of twelve (12) months. The Subscription Fee is used as the basis for calculating the Monthly License Fee. The Subscription Fee is equal to one-hundred and eighty dollars ($180) per year ($15 per month x 12 months).
