Example Definitions of "Subscription Price"
Subscription Price. One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per share of Series B Preferred Stock subject to proportional adjustment for any stock split, reverse stock split, stock dividend, combination, recapitalization or the like with respect to Series B Preferred Stock.
Subscription Price. One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per share of Series B A Preferred Stock subject to proportional adjustment for any stock split, reverse stock split, stock dividend, combination, recapitalization or the like with respect to Series B A Preferred Stock.
