Subscription

Subscription. The form of subscription attached hereto as Appendix A

Subscription. Means the right to access and use a Cox Product during the applicable Service Term, subject to payment of Fees as set forth in the applicable Order Form.

Subscription. An Eligible Employee's authorization for payment to be made by the Eligible Employee for Common Stock purchases under this Plan in the form and manner specified by the Company (which may include enrollment by submitting forms, by voice response, internet access or other electronic means).
