SUBSEQUENT COMMONWEALTH PURCHASER. Means any Affiliate of PVC, ComVest, Shea or Priddy that, after the date hereof, acquires shares of Common Stock, Preferred Stock, other shares of capital stock of the Company, or any other security convertible, exchangeable or exercisable into or for shares of Common Stock, Preferred Stock or other shares of capital stock of the Company, and any option, warrant or other subscription or purchase right with respect to any of the foregoing.
