Subsequent Environmental Condition
Subsequent Environmental Condition. Shall mean any escape, ---------------------------------- release, discharge, emission deposit, migration or other effect of or from a Hazardous Substances at, on, in, under, above, around or that affects any portion of the Property at any time after June 19, 1997 by any cause whatsoever, whether man-made or resulting from natural causes or migration acts of God, including, without limitation, fire, flood, explosion or earthquake.
