Subsequent Lease Rights

Subsequent Lease Rights. Shall mean any and all rights of first refusal, rights of negotiation, rights of first offer, options to lease or purchase or other similar rights that may be in existence or come into existence upon the expiration of a Third-Party Lease or otherwise with respect to an Acquired Channel, but excluding any rights that may be deemed created by this Agreement or that are otherwise for the benefit of Clearwire or any Clearwire affiliate.
